The IPMS USA Lt. Ernest A. Love Chapter

The chapter is named for Lt. Ernest A. Love, who grew up in Prescott.
He was a member of the 147th Pursuit Squadron, USAAS. Ernest was killed in action on September 15th, 1918, near Tronville, France, while flying a SPAD XIII.
Prescott's airport and American Legion Post 6 are named in his honor. The chapter meets the first Sunday of the month at Love Field (Prescott Regional Airport). We are a small chapter of 10 to 15 members, most being IPMS USA members. Meetings are relaxed, informal, and no dues are collected.
